Manisha Rani’s Achievements
The first achievement of Manisha Rani was to qualify for Dance India Dance season 5. Manisha Rani had given the auditions in Kolkata after which she was selected for the TV round. Unfortunately on TV, she was eliminated in the 1st round.
After her rejection from Dance India Dance, Manisha Rani returned to Munger and started giving dance training to kids. She started making her dance videos on TikTok but they didn’t get popular. Then Manisha decided to write her own script and act herself in her funny videos. Then she received another success when one of her videos went viral and celebrities like Sonu Sood also started making videos using her voice.
Due to her popularity on TikTok for her funny videos and unique Desi accent, the makers of the &TV show, “Gudiya Humari Sabhi Pe Bhaar” contacted her for a role and asked her to come to Mumbai for a screen test. Manisha Rani went to Mumbai with her father and she got selected for the role in the serial but then COVID came and lockdown started which resulted in the stopping of the serial. Manisha Rani could feature only in the two episodes of this serial in Feb-March 2020. This serial was telecasted on “AND TV (&TV)”.
After the lockdown Manisha got another setback due to the shutdown of her 1st TV show and then the ban on TikTok. But Manisha bounced back with her appearance in the Kapil Sharma Show. Manisha Rani became the highlight of that episode and everyone including Karthik Aryan, Kapil Sharma, Kiara Advani and the parents of Karthik Aryan were highly impressed with the talent of Manisha Rani. This also gave her huge popularity and added many to her fan list.
In 2022, Manisha Rani also won two awards. The first was the “Ace Influencer and Business Award 2022” on 27th November 2022.

The second award she won was the “Best Influencer and Entertainer Award” at Radio Adda Excellence Awards 2022 on 03rd December 2022.

On November 11, 2022, Manisha Rani’s first music video was released. This was a Haryanavi song named “Sath“. It was sung by B Paras and the video was released on T-Series Haryanavi. So far this video has more than 4.5 Million views. On Jan 31, 2023, Manisha Rani appeared in the second song which was a Bhojpuri song called “Tinkiya” sung by Akshara Singh. This video was released on the “Saregama Hum Bhojpuri” channel and it has more than 5.7 Million views as of now.
In early 2023, the famous director Anurag Kashyap collaborated with #ManishaRani to promote his film “Almost Pyaar With DJ Mohabbat”.

In 2023, Manisha Rani participated in “Bigg Boss OTT” season 2, where she captured the hearts of the audience and finished in the top 3. Her honesty, humor, and resilience made her a standout contestant, and she continued to trend on social media long after the show’s completion.
#ManishaRani also became the only contestant ever to be featured on the Times Square New York for 6 times in less than 2 months.
After coming out of the Bigg Boss OTT 2, Manisha has already done 4 music videos. One with Tony Kakkar and Neha Kakkar. Her second song was with the singer Payal Dev. She has also completed shooting for a music video with Elvish Yadav and another music video with Parth Samthaan for T-Series.
In October 2023, Manisha Rani also won the Reality Show Entertainer of the Year Award at Brand Empower’s Industry Leaders Awards 2023.
