MANISHA RANI – THE MOST TARGETTED CONTESTANT OF #BBOTT2
#ManishaRani entered the BB house with all positivity but probably #BiggBoss makers thought her to be just a comedian of the show who could be thrown out at any moment. But right from the beginning she showed great leadership qualities and started shining in the game.
On the first #WeekendKaVaar she was misguided to keep her bond with #JadHadid but an organic #Abhisha bond started between Manisha & #AbhishekMalhan. Makers had planned a love angle between Abhishek & Jiya and the #Abhisha bond came out of the syllabus for them. Soon after makers started disliking everything Manisha was doing. Every WKV started becoming “Manisha Par Vaar”.
Makers started cutting all the cute moments of #Abhisha from the main episode and promoting fake Abhiya bonds. For instance, after the planted Abhiya caller, there was a discussion about the love angle part between Jiya, Bebika & Falaq and Jiya had replied to Bebika saying “Abhishek is not my type”, but the makers deleted this part from the main episode and showed rest discussion. Since then 90% of the positive parts of Manisha used to get cut in the episode. When Jiya said about Abhishek “F*ck you” in front of Jad, Avinash & Falaq that part was also removed.
In the Captaincy task when Pooja became captain, Manisha was the mastermind of the task, Abhishek wanted Bebika to win but Manisha influenced the task and won the game for Pooja. Still, Pooja went all after Manisha.
Manisha was defamed for her village accent, she was character assassinated by Jiya, Bebika, Falaq & Avinash. They used the statements like “Manisha har launde se first karti hai”, “Manisha Cup cake banaegi to Litti-Chokha Benga, Tatti Banega” etc. etc. But none of this ever came on WKV, instead, the maker used to find the fault in Manisha when the fault used to be of someone else.
Makers revealed the fake Abhiya bond but never told them about the so-loved #AbhiSha bond. In the Heroine task, Manisha gave it back to Pooja like anything but most of the parts were cut, after the results were announced there was a cute Abhisha moment in the bathroom but 80% of the scene was cut from there.
In a WKV, Manisha was scolded for asking Aashika to flirt with Abhishek. The same conversation had happened with the entire FAME group in the presence of Abhishek as well and it was all fun and Masti of the FAME group. But she was targeted unnecessarily. Even fun moments of the FAME group were cut from the main episode.
On the WKV when Elvish’s abuse was shown, in that conversation Manisha was the one saying “bas bas bas, Rahne dijiye” but she was scolded more than Elvish. And all that part where Manisha used to explain to Elvish to control his anger and words used to get cut from the episode.
There are numerous instances that can be mentioned where some #Abhisa & #Elvisha scenes could have been the highlight of the episode but they were removed.
Makers even planned Manisha’s eviction, When Manisha & #AashikaBhatia were nominated, Jiya & Avinash had 3 apples as well, makers could have nominated them as well but they thought Manisha will be eliminated like it had happened with #UmarRiaz, when people were given only Yes & No option to vote and whole #PraNiSha fans voted against him. Makers thought that the fans of Jiya, Pooja, Avinash, Jad, Bebika & Falaq will vote for Aashika to eliminate Manisha but still, Manisha got more votes.
Later makers tried to send Jiya in the finale by stopping the toy task just after Abinash put his pebbles into the tray Jiya but luck favored Manisha & the task got tied, makers could have decided the task based on the Toys in the store but they decided to cancel it. If Jiya had got a ticket to the finale then they would have nominated Elvish, Abhishek & Manisha in the 7th Week to eliminate Manisha. They still planned to execute this plan by bringing a physical Ticket to Finale task in which Jad & Abhinas were on Pooja’s side & Elvish & Manisha on Abhishek’s side. Manisha & Elvish gave their 100% to ensure Abhishek wins the task, the plan was to make Pooja win but the Trio ensured that it becomes one-sided. Manisha was pushed in that task, and Abhishek got injured, after injury Manisha took care of Abhishek like a baby but all that part was cut from the episode and it was promoted in the episode as if Abhishek won due to Jiya, not due to Elvish & Manisha.
This was when Maker’s had no choice but to nominate Jiya & Manisha together because obviously Pooja & Bebika were more favored. And in that elimination Jiya got a reality check that Manisha is much more popular than her and finally against all odds and maker’s plans, Manisha forced her way into the finale and finally the Top 3.
Manisha’s journey of #BBOTT2 has been inspiring for so many.
