Divorce Proceedings

Gaurav filed for divorce in his hometown, with the court issuing multiple summons to Hema, which he claims she ignored. Eventually, the court granted an ex parte divorce. Subsequently, Hema challenged the divorce and filed a domestic violence case, demanding ₹1.5 crores in alimony and ₹5 lakhs per month in maintenance.
